Acting agents and RESUME!?…?
I am very interested in acting and I am 14 years old. I had not had proffesional expirience but I still want to get an agent. What are some good websites of agents? Or just some good agents. Also I am writing a resume for an agent and since I had no proffesional expirience its hard for me to please agents. So what can I write in there that might convince them that they should work withme. Please give me some good tips in writing a GOOD resume to attract agents.

I am trying to get my foot in the door in the marine industry and I would really like to start out by writing a resume so I can start selling myself as a deck hand for hire. My previous work experiences are all over the place, I’ve been a kennel supervisor with dogs, a roll stand operator in a printing factory, a prep cook in restaurants, even gone as low as "cashier".
Now I’m not asking someone to write a resume for, maybe just a few key tips or examples that could help me land a job in a career path of my dream. Thanks everyone.

I would like to start volunteering, for a non-profit type organization, in or near my community. Where do find local volunteer opportunities? I’ve volunteered before, and would like to find a long term, teen geared volunteer opportunity, What do I need to start, and what safe web sites have information to link me with safe (!) volunteering opportunities? Also would I need a resume (sort of thing), and where could I find useful tips on writing a resume? Lastly, should I contact representatives for volunteering opportunities through email, or should I stick with phone contact?
Also I want to volunteer to be a good person, but could I qualify for any scholarships (I know its like a contest in these competitions) not for college but for a prep school (grade level, not higher education)?
I wondered about the resume because people on answers previously said you needed one, so I don’t need one?
I plan to go to a job fair that is big and has many employers any tips that help me to do well at the jobfair?
I have already planed out the places I plan to apply at but how do make myself look good when I don’t have any job experince. also how can I tell what postions they are hiring for before I go up to them and how do I tell them I only want to work close to where I live and what question should I ask. here some of the places I will applying at the job fair Whataburger

Resume Writing?
Can you give me some useful tips for writing a resume. I am applying for secretarial/clerical positions. There are plenty of resume templates online. However, some of the templates are simply black and white, while others are vivid and colorful. Which one should I choose. The colorful ones are more appealing, but I want the person who is reading my resume to think that I am serious about the job.
Please comment, especially if you are a boss, or have been through a similar dilemma.

I recently have been considered for a job with a company called USIC. They are needing utility locate technicians in my area. A recruiter asked me a bunch of questions earlier to see if I was the type of person for the job. Anyway, they want me to email them a resume. First of all, I have never typed up a resume in my life, I usually just fill out job applications, so I don’t know what all I need to include? Also, my job history is awful, how do I include that without it looking too bad, do I list all the jobs, or leave out the ones that didn’t last long and just list the ones that I worked at for a decent amount of time?

I would like a receptionist job, but i know that wont happen because I am only 16 years old, and most places requirement is 18??
