| Job Information | Job purpose Establish and manage the German team and work together to expand our consumer brand, Albelli Germany. The team and position in the organization You will be working together with the Sales & Marketing team (acquisition & retention) based in Amsterdam. Occasional travel to Germany is required. Key Responsibilities • Responsible for the budget and turnover including profit and growth of the company in Germany • Develop external partnerships (online and offline) to promote our brand in Germany • Be the point of contact for new and existing partners and manage the whole workflow incl. campaign planning, execution and reporting • Manage overall financial performance of the German region • Work together with all internal departments to ensure timely product introductions in Germany • Be responsible for maintaining the German website and editors • Ensure the quality of our German products • Establish and maintain relationships with external agencies in Germany (SEO, PR, etc.) • Report back to the Marketing & Sales Director regularly • Identify new trends in the photo book business in Germany and take actions accordingly Profile of the ideal candidate • Native German speaker Competences • Customer Focused • Entrepreneurial • Analytical • Team player • Achievement motivation • Targeted and result driven • Hands-on mentality • Meticulous We offer • A unique job working for one of the fastest growing companies in the Netherlands • A stimulating work environment in the heart of Amsterdam • Good remuneration and secondary benefits |
