I’m looking for more than just job boards, classifieds and networking techniques. I’m an experienced technical consultant looking for some clever new ways to get noticed by employers.

I want to find a job in a different region of the country. What is the best way to go about finding a high level COO, VP, or General Manager job when searching outside your region? The job boards like Monster and others don’t seem to work well.

In Cnada you can work at 14 plus all those baysitting,walk dogs mow lawns don’t pay as well. I alreay babysit but I need more cash.

I’m skilled, with more than 6 years experience in my field, but can’t decide which internet job board to devote my time to looking for jobs on. Anyone have any that have worked good for them?

Name the best online job search engines to find jobs posted by employers only and not job board or recruiter?

I know that networking and knowing something in a company is the best way in. But second to that, how do you get in?
The reason I ask is because I haven’t been having much luck with online job boards like careerbuilder and Monster.

My girlfriend has completed her nursing degree and has 5 years of experience. Can you tell which is the best online job board to search for head nurse jobs for registered nurses?

Looking for something in the media if that helps but just general advice is also good. I know about job boards, but I’ve heard that only 2% of jobs are posted on these and most times it gets just so overloaded with people applying for one job it can be tough.
